Summer Training

Summer training..Coach Hoover emailed a video and a Word Document that has  12 basic Coerver touch routines that the girls will be expected to work on over the summer. The goal is hopefully for them to come to their first training session able to execute all of them. Watch the video with your daughter and have them watch it numerous times so they are doing the skills correctly. Start slow then increase the speed to do them on a hop as shown. Backward L's can be performed while moving backward. If they come to training and can perform all of the moves plus an Elastico or Flip-Flop successfully Coach Hoover will award them with a prize.
